Jasmine Relova, RN, BSN
Co-Founder / Director of Nursing / Principal
Our founder, Jasmine Relova RN, BSN has been a nurse for over 20 years. She got her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at University of North Florida but started her career in Illinois. She started her clinical experience working at Northwestern Hospital in Chicago and is very passionate about nursing, technology and the pharmaceutical industry. She believes that the wave of future of nursing and care is at home. She is the agency’s Nursing Director.
Joel Relova, MBA
Co-Founder / CEO / Agency Manager
Since Joel Relova, our Agency Manager, got his MBA from Thunderbird Global School of Management (Arizona State University), he has embarked in an entrepreneurial journey helping tech startups get off the ground leveraging on his skills and experience in technology. He is a technologist at heart, being a software developer for the first 15 years of his professional career before going back to school for his MBA. He is currently helping his wife, Jasmine Relova, get the agency off the ground and he believes in the mission of the company.
Rodney G.B. Clements
Partner / Co-Owner
Rodney G.B. Clements RN, a partner and co-owner of the agency, has been a nurse for over 25 years, beginning as a medical officer for the U.S. Navy and Marines. Later, he transitioned to Pediatrics and Emergency Medicine before specializing in Home Infusion Therapy two decades ago. After realizing the growing demand for qualified Infusion Nurses, he studied the state licensing structure and established RN Enterprises Infusion Services in Florida. He currently owns 9 offices throughout the State of Florida and serving patients in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic Region. His goal is to have a nationwide presence through strategic partnerships.
