Once we receive a referral from either the Pharmacy or Doctor, our platform utilizes an algorithm to match the patient with the most suitable nurse available. This ensures that our patients receive the best possible care tailored to their specific needs.
Collaborative Process (focused on you)
Once you and your doctor determine that home is the optimal place for your recovery, your doctor will devise a treatment strategy and send the prescribed medications to a specialized pharmacy. Working in collaboration with these pharmacies, we pair you with a skilled licensed nurse who specializes in the infusion therapy needed for your treatment and direct their attention to your care. Utilizing our exclusive platform, we handle all the necessary documentation to ensure that your treatment commences as quickly as possible.
Highly Skilled and Compassionate Nurses
During their initial visit, our nurses thoroughly review the doctor’s orders and confirm that all prescribed medications are accurate. They will then carefully explain the type of therapy you will receive, the various techniques used, and the medications involved. Any questions you have will be addressed, and if needed, the nurse will consult with the doctor before beginning your treatment. Our Nurses will stay with you and monitor your vital signs, providing immediate treatment should any adverse effects arise.
